MapPro License Map Download

To find your MapPro Serial Number:

  1. Open the MapPro Software using the Start Menu or desktop shortcut
  2. Click on the "Help Menu"
  3. Click on "About MapPro"

To download the latest Maps:

  1. Enter your MapPro Serial Number and click Submit.
  2. A Map Download Link will be displayed below the Serial Number.
  3. If "Not Available for Download" is displayed, it means that a customized map download file has not been created for your license because of the size of the file or because you have a floating license. Please call MapPro for assistance.
  4. If a list of counties appears, you can download each county individually. Click the download link to download.
  5. Click on the link and select "Save As"
  6. When dialog appears click "Save In" and find the folder C:\MapPro\Download and save this zip file there. Do not unzip this file after you download it, MapPro will do this for you.
  7. After Map Download completes, start MapPro by double-clicking on the Desktop Icon. Then register MapPro if necessary. Downloaded Maps will then be installed.

To download Parcel Maps:

  1. Parcel Maps are not available for all counties.
  2. If parcel maps are available, the link will appear in the column labeled "Parcel Download Link"
  3. If parcel maps are unavalable, the item will read "Not Available" in the column labeled "Parcel Download Link"
  4. Click on the link and select "Save As"
  5. When dialog appears click "Save In" and find the folder C:\MapPro\Download and save this zip file there.
  6. Once the download is complete, run the file and click "Unzip."
